One standout feature was the exceptional service; the staff, especially Ivan, were incredibly helpful-going above and beyond by returning my forgotten headphones and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was a delightful experience, and the attention to detail in the room's finishes showcased a commitment to quality that is often lacking in many establishments. I left with nothing but fond memories and a strong desire to return; I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious base for exploring the Alpine wonders.
